Hikaru Nakamura (born December 9, 1987) is an American chess Grandmaster and streamer. A chess prodigy, he achieved the Grandmaster title at the age of 15 years and 79 days, breaking Bobby Fischer’s record for the youngest American to do so at the time.

Nakamura is a five-time U.S. Chess Champion and has consistently been ranked among the top players in the world. He is particularly renowned for his exceptional skill in rapid and blitz chess, where he is widely considered one of the greatest of all time.
